CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION:

  1. For PDA Member, Early Career Professionals and Academic & Government Tickets – Registration will only be approved after membership verification. We will send a registration confirmation email to the registered email after the ticket is approved.
  2. Your registration will be on hold until payment is successfully received. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be issued to the email address provided, and the registration will be confirmed.
  3. To qualify for the early bird rate, payment must be completed by 2 September 2022, 2359 hours Singapore time (UTC+8).

 

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PDA will send you a confirmation email within one week of receiving payment. You must have this confirmation letter to be considered enrolled in a PDA event. If you have submitted a purchase order or requested an invoice, please be advised that a credit card guarantee is needed. PDA reserves the right to modify the material or speakers/trainers without notice or cancel an event. If an event is cancelled, PDA will notify registrants as soon as possible and receive a full refund. PDA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by registrants due to cancellation. Please note that the attendee list is shared with sponsors and may be used to follow up on specific areas of interest after the event. REFUND:

If a cancellation request is received 30 days before the event, a credit (registration fee paid minus a 100 USD processing fee) will be given. No credits will be issued for cancellation requests less than 30 days before the event. A cancellation request must be emailed to asia-pacific@pda.org. No refund or partial refund request will be entertained should there be an instance(s) of no show of registered delegates during the conference.

 

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO REGISTRATION:

  1. If you are coming from outside of South Korea, you must meet the travel requirements and guidelines set by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to attend the on-site session during the 2022 PDA Aseptic Processing of Biopharmaceuticals Conference held on 25 - 25 October at Sheraton Grand Imperial Incheon Hotel.
  2. For the latest information on COVID-19 and travel requirements in South Korea, check the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) and Ministry of Health and Welfare websites. Please get in touch with your nearest Korean Embassy or Consulate when planning your travel to confirm the requirements
  3. The conference organizer reserves the right to change these registration terms and conditions without prior notice.
  4. All data and information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the administrative and statistical purposes of the 2022 PDA Aseptic Processing of Biopharmaceuticals Conference.
