1. For PDA Member, Early Career Professionals, Emerging Economy and Academic and Government Tickets – Registration will only be approved after membership verification. We will send a registration confirmation email to the registered email after the ticket is approved.
  2. Your registration will be on hold until payment is successfully received. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be issued to the email address provided, and the registration will be confirmed.
  3. To qualify for the early bird rate, payment must be completed by 16 August 2024, 2359 hours Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC+10).


  1. Payment is due by the specified deadline mentioned on the conference registration page or in the communication sent by PDA. Failure to make payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your registration.
  2. Currency and Taxes: All payments must be made in the currency specified by the organizer. Any applicable taxes, including goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT) or other similar charges, will be the responsibility of the attendee.
  3. Bank Charges and Other Fees: Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the payment process, including international wire transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or other related charges, will be borne by the attendee.



  1. Confirmation and Enrollment: PDA Asia Pacific will send you a confirmation email within one week of receiving payment. You must have this confirmation email to be considered enrolled in a PDA event.
  2. Changes to Event: PDA Asia Pacific reserves the right to modify the material, speakers, sessions, and timings without prior notice
  3. Event Cancellation: PDA Asia Pacific reserves the right to cancel an event. If an event is cancelled, PDA Asia Pacific will notify registrants as soon as possible and issue a full refund. PDA Asia Pacific will not be responsible for any costs incurred by registrants due to cancellation.
  4. Privacy: Registrants' personal information provided during registration will be used in accordance with the conference's privacy policy. Registrants may receive communications related to the conference, including updates and promotional materials. The attendee list is shared with sponsors and may be used to follow up on specific areas of interest after the event, based on the preference you have selected in the registration form.

If a cancellation request is received 30 days before the event (by 18 August 2024, 23:59 hours Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC+10)), a credit (registration fee paid minus a 100 USD processing fee) will be given. No credits will be issued for cancellation requests less than 30 days before the event. A cancellation request must be emailed to No refund or partial refund request will be entertained should there be an instance(s) of no show of registered delegates during the conference.

If a registered delegate is unable to attend, substitutions are welcome. Substituting a PDA member by a non-member requires paying the difference between member and non-member fees by credit card payment before the start of the event. Exchange of a non-member by a PDA member will not result in a refund. Substitutions are free up to 2 weeks before the event, after which an admin fee of 50 USD per name change will apply.


PDA is not affiliated or contracted with any outside hotel contracting company. If someone other than PDA or the PDA chosen hotel contacts you suggesting that they represent any PDA event, they do not. It is PDA's recommendation that you book your hotel directly through the official PDA chosen hotel that is listed on our web site.
